Hello, friends!! I decided to do a post on chocolate milk because I love it and I want you guys to love it too. I also had a language arts assignment on how to properly give step by step directions. So here I go...
Today I am going to show you how to make chocolate milk...
First, get the two ingredients; chocolate and milk. You can use Silk, cow's milk, almond or rice milk; really, any milk will do...so take that out of the fridge. Be careful, they can be very heavy!
And to be clear, don't put it on the floor...its not a clean surface to make chocolate milk on. 👎
If you can use a table top or counter, that would be good. 👍
Next comes the chocolate. I usually use Hershey's chocolate syrup. There are two different kinds of chocolate flavoring I am familiar with---Hershey's syrup and a chocolate powder called Nesquick. If you don't have these ingredients, you can always find them in your local grocery store.
Anyway, now that you have your ingredients, you can start. Get a small cup like this...
Try not to use a big cup with a small spoon, like this...you might put your hand in your milk. Yuck!
If the spoon is too big, then the cup could tip over when you stir it. If the cup is too big, you probably won't be able to finish it. That would be sad. 😢
Pour your milk into the cup...
If you have a full gallon of milk, I recommend an adult to pour it. After you pour it, you can add the chocolate. If you are using the chocolate syrup, like me, tip the bottle upside down over the cup and squeeze the bottle for 3 seconds.
Stir the milk with your spoon to mix in the chocolate...
Drink and enjoy!
Oh, and an extra tip...it goes great with cookies 🍪💖🍪💖
Thanks for reading...I'll talk to you again soon!

My First Post!
Hey, everyone! It's my first time doing this whole blogging thing, but hi! My name is Claire. I'm 8 years old.
I have a little brother named Callan. We call him Cal.
My parent's names are Adam and Shawna.
We live on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Maryland is famous for blue crabs.
Speaking of food, my favorite food is...well...I can't really choose just one. I enjoy mac&cheese because I love cheese and pasta; put them together...how glorious! I also like smoked salmon. I know what you're thinking, where would a kid like me get smoked salmon? Fogo de Chao in Baltimore, Maryland. 15 pieces! I also like hot dogs. Oh, but my favorite dinner meal is fried ham, green beans and, of course, mac&cheese.
My hobbies are gymnastics, reading and writing. I am homeschooled and in the 4th grade. I go to a Christian church in Maryland where my dad leads morning worship.
Sometimes I practice with him😊 He plays the lead guitar and sings.
My mom likes sewing, cooking and crafting. All I can say about 3 year old Cal is...he loves Transformers and playing with me.
This Maryland weather has been crazy; am I right?! Its like 82 degrees, then 43 degrees. Who's enjoying the 82 degree weather? Me! Who's enjoying the 43 degree weather?....Yeah, me neither.
Anyway, why am I blogging? I find joy in writing and I want you guys to know what I'm interested in so maybe one day you guys can try what I like to do.
My relationship with God is very important to me so I'd like to close my first blog post with two Bible verses. Psalms 52:8 says, "Trust in God's unfailing love," and Luke 2:14 says, "Glory to God in the Highest."
Well everyone, thanks for reading. If you have encouraging comments, I'd love to hear them! Bye for now!
